The package made these headphones look like they were black and not gray. I was super disappointed to find gray ones in the package but i was not able to exchange without a fee because they were open. The sound is great and they are super comfortable! I feel that I wasn't able to see the color of the headphones on the samsung packaging because the security box prevented me from reading it. This should be fixed!! Because i wanted black headphones not gray ones!!!

Great sound. Easy to pair with my Samsung S21 Plus. It may be me, but, the right ear bud has a tendency to fall out when I am working out. Other then that I would recommend purchasing.

Galaxy wear app not great but workable. Buds are good. Sound quality good! Volume good! Could use a bit more bass but would not keep me from purchasing!

Call quality is superb and fits well in my ears. This was a great replacement for my Galaxy buds live. So happy!

Excellent! Perfect sound. When you call someone, if there is a little bit of wind, people on the other end of the line are having problems hearing you. Microphones leave a lot to be desired.

The sound from these headphones is fantastic. It was important to pick the right ear pieces for a good fit. I have a Samsung phone an the Galaxy Wearables app made setting up these headphones easy.

I love these headphones. The sound is great. I use them while mowing the grass and can barely hear the lawnmower.

Sounds great but call consistency and quality leaves much room for improvement. Also, background noise seems to be the focus on the buds when you are on a call. People hear that more than you. Depending on how you turn your head the buds won't pick up your voice and it will sound to the person on the other end that you sat the phone down and are yelling to it from across the room. Then on other times the voice comes in super loud to the other person then drops off randomly.

Solid sound and build quality, but they have a hard time staying in. Haven't had any technical issues thus far after over a month of use.

Best headsets I've ever owned. This pair was bought from my wife. I have a I have a White pair and my son has a black pair. There was absolutely no better earbuds on the market to date.

The product is small and very comfortable, i like that last a long time before I charge again.

Sound quality is great, noise cancelling works well and the ambient sound mode is fantastic for wearing them while out and about. You can easily have a conversation with someone or hear your surroundings with these in and the ambient sound mode on. Phone calls on these are easy and the people I've asked said they could hear me just fine. The battery life is also pretty solid for how much I use them. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a somewhat budget-friendly set of ear buds.

I had to get anew set of earbuds, do i got these. I love them. They pair really well to my phone and laptop. Good sound.

The sound is amazing, noisy canceling perfect. 2nd oair i have bought and will buy agsin work great with my samsung phone, msi computer, and tablet.

I love the way they fit in my ears and the color is an added bonus. They're small and compact, fits in my purse with no problems.

Really great sound and they are small. Only problem is that one of them falls out easily which is a pain

Great earbuds, if you have a samsung you get the best of these, the features and the sound quality is really great. However, these do not stay in my ears, even with aftermarket eartips they still do not stay.
