Purchased these specifically based on others' reviews that they worked well with small(er) ear canals. Sound and passive noise isolation were great. Active noise cancelation is subtle. The ambient function sounds VERY artificial but passes things like announcements, alarms, etc fine.

However, a new issue has emerged due to the desigh which is they keep falling out whenever you tilt your head to a certain side for a period of time. I suggest not upgrading to these buds if you already have ones.
