I can say this is a purchase i do not regret buying. These have amazing sound quality and as well as many accesible features such as noise cancellation. This gives you better quality than airpods at a much lower price.

It's unfortunate because I'd love the earbuds otherwise. I can still use the left ear bud in either pair, but it's a bit one sided. Ha

If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Check out, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" when you have the free time available to help resolve what you may be experiencing with the audio quality of your Galaxy Buds2. Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good quality true wireless earbuds. sound quality is pretty nice with minimal if any audio lag from device to these. prefer these over my galaxy buds like or galaxy buds pro. only issue is the aesthetics. if the earbuds are charcoal, the case should match in color like previous galaxy earbuds.

So I went back to buy another pair. But these fall out of my ears unless I have wear a hat So that's why I only gave it 3 stars.

My est canals are very small. I have the smallest buds in my ears and they still fall out. The sound is good. I still have to have the volume high as I have a hearing aid and have to take it out when using my buds.
