These are yet another good pair. Sounds crisp and my favorite is they have noice canceling AND ambient sound. Worth the price.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Feel free to review, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Buds2. Good earbuds

The sound is pretty good and I like the active noise canceling. The only thing I really wish is that the battery life would be longer and the touch controls are a little finicky.

Might be just me, butsometimes have a problem keeping them in my ears with light exercise. Instant connection with my Samsung S22, but difficult using other bluetooth devices.

Being able to hear someone speak without having to take them out is a plus. Only issue I personally have is they slide out every so often.
