They connected seamlessly when pulled from the case and now they don't. Not sure if it's the update of the phone or earbuds that's causing the problems. I returned them and the new one is are doing the same.

I had to purchase 3rd party ear tips And since then they work great.

Pretty good headphones overall

The sound quality and the range on them are fantastic. The voice calling is great. A really good product overall and worth the money
