They are constantly coming out. You can't adjust the ambient sound with one ear bud in your ear. I really wish I kept my money. The original earbuds are the best.

They have no background noise reduction capabilities. When having a phone conversation, the person wearing they sound extremely muffled. I would not recommend these even for children.

Whether I'm casually just listening to music or being active with them they don't fall out. When the new buds 2 came out I was very excited to test them out and when i first put them in the ear they kept falling out, ive tried different methods to prevent them from falling out and they just keep slipping out. i clean my ears very well and ive wiped off the buds as well and still having the same issue. other than that they sound great. just wish they would would stop falling out so i can actually enjoy them.

The case on the otherhand is an issue. I purchased a protective case (as recommended) and while out one of the buds fell out. Due to the usage time, the earbud was untrackable. The case needs a more secure locking mechanism.

Will NOT stay in my ears. I guess this is a common complaint with these as Samsung widened and tapered the part that in your ear canal.

With regards to the fit, this device would have come with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size to help with the optimal fit. You can also take a look at the article titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for the ideal placement for a secure fit. Lastly, you can perform a fit test while wearing the earbuds and connected to the Samsung Wearables App. With regards to the touch settings, if you are wanting to not accidentally trigger the wrong setting, you have a few options including disabling the specific touch setting, you can also take a look at the full device manual, available online, that will highlight the location of the touch pad to help you with uninterrupted adjustments.
