The Galaxy Buds2 features powerful, deep bass and clear treble through its two-way dynamic speakers. They provide well-balanced sound quality that enhances every moment of your audio experience, allowing you to feel as if you're right there in the moment. To properly wear your Galaxy Buds2 or Galaxy Buds2 Pro, start by ensuring that the earbud tips are securely attached. Insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for optimal comfort and sound quality, and if adjustments are needed, rotate the buds or consider trying a different size for a better fit. We value your feedback, as it aids in our product improvement. To check for the right fit, use the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app: open the app on the connected phone, select Earbuds Settings, and choose Earbud Fit Test. Tap Start, place both earbuds in your ears, and then tap Next. If prompted, you can tap Try Again to retake the test. The buds will chime, and the app will indicate whether the fit is “Poor Fit” or “Good Fit”; continue to run the test and make adjustments as necessary. Still trying to get adjusted to keeping them in. The right one falls out after about an hour. The left one ALWAYS says it is not in correctly. Have twisted & turned it to the point of making my ear hurt

Took the big rubber ring off and it won't stay in ears. Everyone I talked to on phone using them said I sounded muffled and couldn't hear me. Took them back immediately.
