I love these earbuds, they’re so tiny but sound big. I have not had any odd issues like audio cut out, random disconnects, one bud noticeably discharging faster than the other etc. I’m using these with my iphone 13 pro so before I get dinged for giving this 4/5 stars there is a reason. On ios the galaxy wear app supports both the galaxy buds+ and the galaxy buds live but that’s it. Samsung could easily integrate support for these as well but chose not to for obvious reasons. To remedy this is use my Samsung phone to update these, assign features then pair back to my iphone. All features work except a few Samsung exclusive ones. Basic functionality like play pause, forward skip, anc/transparency mode work perfectly. The samsung labs double tap feature works great as well.

Great purchase i have done. I was hesitant at first however i went for ut. DO NOT REGRET. The sound is clear and the color its super pretty. They fit perfectly in my ears and easy to hid during work. Shhh boss doesnt know. :D Really recommend them.

Bottom line: they have to stay in your ears! If they can't do that, they are useless. I have tried everything, swapped out the tips, tried to rotate them in as recommended; the only thing I have not done is purchased a third-party adapter to try and make them work. I refuse to buy something to force these buds to do the only thing they were designed to do in the first place. Ear buds go in your ears, Samsung. This is a huge problem and they are going back.

Not a good product. Sound quality is not great. And they are too sensitive. You can't adjust them in your ear without pausing the music. I returned these.

I love Samsung Smart TVs and their phones and the earphones that were a part of the package in the S10 & below. These Buds are lacking in every area and I don't recommend buying them.

The sound quality is great but they pop out of my ears multiple times when I’m walking, disappointed.

I have smaller ears so I was hoping these would work a little better for me than the 2pros. I love the noise canceling and the 360 sound is really cool. However since i have smaller ears i constantly have to readjust them and put them back in my ear after smiling or after just wearing them for a little bit. I think these are the best option for people with smaller ears. I wish they would've kept the same design as the first galaxy buds but just added all of the cool features because the rubber things made them stick in my ears the best and were more comfortable. The battery life is so good on these and I barely have to charge them.

Bad low volume for some reason and left earbud makes my ear seem like its gonna explose due to pressure

I want to start out with that I own the Galaxy buds plus and the Galaxy buds pro. I prefer the Galaxy buds2 over both of them. It takes the best features of both buds and packs them into one PERFECT bud for me. I cannot stress how much I love the Galaxy buds2. They are as comfortable or if not more comfortable than the galaxy buds plus and almost as good of sound quality as the buds pro. The buds pro would fall out of my ear and would hurt too much if I kept shoving them back in my ear. I wore them for four hours 8/26/21 because I got them early. I cannot find anywhere to give them a positive review because it was still on pre-order. I personally think they should change the app because I was fiddling around a little trying to figure out why, by default, they weren't controllable with one earbud like the previous generations. You have to enable some settings in the samsung wearable app to get that capability. Also, I didn't realize you can tune the way the ambient noise sounds! At first, they weren't that great because it was boosting low end noise and made it rumbly. I tuned it to clear and they sound just as good as the ambient noise on the buds pro now! The ambient noise from the Galaxy buds plus is absolutely atrocious compared to the buds pro and buds2. I would have the ambient noise set to high on the buds plus and I still couldn't hear someone 5 feet away from me. I can now have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with one earbud when the buds pro couldn't. I wear earbuds 8 hours a day in one ear at my office and I walk through a factory and I tested the ANC with one ear and it worked better than passive noise cancellation for sure. They aren't the best at ANC, but neither are the buds pro. With all of that said, these are the perfect pair of buds they have produced. A perfect in between the buds plus and the buds pro and I would choose them over both pairs any day of the week. TLDR: They are the perfect pair of Galaxy buds because it takes the best of the Galaxy buds plus and Galaxy buds pro and packs them into one amazing product. I would choose to wear them everyday over either of those earbuds.

Ive had these headphones for a few months now and I can say, I love the overall fit and noise cancelation. The ambient noise feature is a nice touch as well. Great design and sound.

In my opinion these are better than the pros only because the design and smaller size, these actually get all up in my ears lol and i dont feel like theyre gonna fall out or that i have to be pushin them in every 5 minutes. And because of the better fitment for me they sound just as good as the pros, if not better. I got these for free with my galaxy flip 3 and im glad i decided to keep them.

Love the fit of the ear buds and the sound qualities is amazing. Doesn't fall out when running. Doesn't even felt like I have it on.

Sound qaulity is bad airpods pro are better dont buy these

Sound muffled when talking on the phone but music sound is good

Connections to phone calls were good but not to YouTube for instance where sound was terrible. I returned the item.

A bad choice... i returned the first I bought and the second one was bad too, bad experience

The volume is low. The charge doesn't hold that long.

Gave as a Christmas present to my son. He says that they are the best buds for the price range. Has other ear buds, but likes these the best for sound and fit. They also stay charged longer than other kinds.
