The ound is good and battery life is good. The updated headphone no longer has the piece that hugs the ear and stops them from falling out. I have small ears so this is a big negative for me.

Absolutely love these! I'm cheap & have went thru 4 ear buds within the past year, can't seem to find ones that are 1) loud enough or 2) comfortable enough. These have great volume to them and their super comfortable. I sometimes forget their in. I use them while on Zoom calls, and it they're not super obvious, & folks say they can hear me very clearly. Love these! Best purchase I've bought in a while! Def worth the $$.

These buds are perfect, cute, fit well in ear, sound good, mic is awesome, paired instantly with my android devices. really good product.

Sound quality is super good, and as a first wireless earbud I feel like this was a good purchase. The biggest flaw as others have said is that it's easy for these buds to feel like they're falling out which they have done for me time and time again when either eating some food or running. The other biggest flaw pops up in times like this when you go to adjust it and accidentally pause your audio because you tap it. A workaround to this I've found is to turn off the hold function for the earbuds so I can push them back in without activating that feature as well. (Note that I have a Samsung S21 as of writing this review, so I'm able to change these settings freely through Samsung Wearable) Super cute design for the buds and the case they come in, no complaints there! The charging port for the case is a micro USB, not a USB-C, which isn't a problem, but I do want to note that. Other than that nothing much to say about these. Good for the most part, but there are some flaws that'll put others off and rightfully so.

I was opting between airpods pro and buds 2. I am a Samsung user but really liked my wife's airpods pro. I tried it with my note and I really liked it. I have been waiting for samsung to release airpods pro competitor for a long time now. I feel like buds 2 is a very worthy successor and with akg sound. I would still give a good shout out to airpods pro in terms of noice cancelation. But overall when I tried buds 2 with their latest update, it has way more customizations and the tap feature even though works some times and doesn't I liked it. When I comes to fit, they are definitely not for workout, as they are good to listen to music, calls. Seamlessly connect to other devices without turning on the connection, double tB, triple tap, hold and turn off noice cancelling or increase or decrease volume. Overall I would recommend these buds 2 which are by far the best buds I have seen in samsung line up. Also the price is as best as it gets for the product and features it has.
