    Sound quality is good although I frequently have to ask Google to reduce the volume on streamed songs. Biggest complaint is I haven't resolved how to get them to stay in even with different sizes of tips. For that reason, I may never use them on a plane or walking for fear of losing them.

    They fit in my ear perfectly. I've never been able to use ear buds, because it wasn't comfortable. First time it didn't hurt ever.
