Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 provide up to 7.5 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 29 hours more with a fully charged case. Placing the buds in the charging case for 10 minutes will give you up to 150 minutes of play time. I purchased a pair of Galaxy buds in 2020 and enjoyed their performance. I especially like the touch controls. After about 2 years, the volume of the buds had decreased significantly, so i tried several other brands. O had some success with Sony,but always preferred the ease of use with the Galaxy buds. My only gripe is the fit. I've tried all the different bud covers, but neither cover fits well enough. I have some other covers from other buds, so I'll try 1 and maybe get a better fit.

My fiance has small ears and hasnt ever found head phones that she could use till these and haven't fallen out yet. Love that everything about them is customizable to you. Awesome

I didn’t think they would stay in ears but haven’t had a problem. The ear buds are the best. The color also match my phone. I’m very happy.

Great price, shipped to our home. Used text for updates, did have a delay but it was with good communication the next day.
