Not fully compatible with iPhone

Which is misleading. It not fully compatible with iPhone. It do only three things. Calls, listen and pause and play music. Actually four functions if count pause and play separately.

No ear problems here!

But I clean my ears and these headphones after each time I've used them and they continue to be awesome. Best wireless buds I've used. Sound cancelling is better than the Apple Pro version and the interface is better too.
