It would work once, and then not again until I put them back in the case and took them out again. Sent them in to be repaired. The replacement buds (not sure if new or repaired) are hardly better. It takes about 10 attempts at tapping to get the buds to turn off. Would never buy these again.

I love the sound quality and the fact that even tho it "mutes" outside noises, I can still hear what is going on around me...which helps me avoid getting hit by cars or bike riders...LOLOL

I have tried all three sizes of ear tips and none of them fit perfectly inside my ear : ((
