these are by far the best ear buds I have used. I work in a very noisy environment and I dont have to turn the volume way up to hear. Even mowing grass the noise cancelation is awesome

Took a bit to get them to sound good. Hadt to put bigger ear tips and wings on and after finally getting them positioned just right, they sound decent. Hard to adjust in he ear while listening as I keep touching the control pad and the ambient sound adjustment is nice.

I’ve been searching for a pair of earbuds for years that fit me. We’re all different and some of us have large ear canals like myself. If you can name the brand, I’ve tried them all. These are the best by FAR!!!! The sound is amazing!

Suoer clutch item. They work great and I hear my calls and music perfectly. The only thing is they are super easy to misplace. The case slides right out of your pocket while your sitting down if you're not careful.

While I can't speak for the experience on anything but a Samsung device, the Samsung Bluetooth Codec combined with the ease of use is exceptional. Audio quality is exceptional for true wireless headphones, and battery life is plenty.

This is my first pair of wireless ear buds, I usually prefer the over ear kind because of the comfort. But these are surprisingly comfortable. They do not fall out when running or walking around. The shortcuts are cool and they look better than airpods to me.

These are probably the best ear buds for my use that I have ever owned. They are great for music, calls, or whatever need you have. The app allows you to adjust endless settings and modify the earbuds exactly how you want them. Great Product

I rated poor not because if the product but because of best buy and the way they handle this situation....So I love technology and I always try to keep up with the latest and greatest... However one of the main things I keep and mind is that is not perfect so with that being said I put some type of insurance or protection warranty in all my products that I purchase. Not just from best buy. So when I purchased the buds plus I got the black standard and opted in insurance at time of purchase. Then I decide I lived them so much I wanted to get the exclusive blue color that best bad had to offer. Ok so I did the return got the blue ones but could not add the insurance back. I was told at that time by the manager who was very helpful and still helpful today.. However I was told that eventually I would be able to add the insurance and that best buy was working on a sku because they haven't made one yet for the blue ones to be added. Needless to say I was told even after my return period I would still be able to add.. It has since been a month and the nice manager at the store is continuously working with upper management so I can still add. I think it's poor business practice to sell a product that you choose to cover cannot be covered when you was told that it would be. Tho I understand thru theses times a lot of things are delayed but after a month I should have some type of update and I have not. Luckily my buds plus are still working fine but in the event something happens I still have no coverage. Best buy Corporate.. Please do better because thru this experience I will go else where if I want to purchase anything like my headset going forward. Other then that the product is awesome and I will looks forward to purchasing from a different source in the future... After I use my gift card.. Mind you I was reimbursed in the gift card until they could add my coverage which seems it will ner happen.

I was skeptical at first to get these, because I mean, those little things will fall out of my ear. But - to my surprise, they actually feel good and stay in. I am now wearing these when mowing and have big clunky ear protectors on. Yeah, they stay put. Much better than my last neck-hanging-ear piece. I'm fairly impressed with the sound quality so far and the ability for it to easily pickup my talking without yelling. They are connected to my MS Surface for use during Teams calls and also my Galaxy S9+. The 'missing 5-star'. I would give these 5-stars, but there are two things that bug me. 1) battery life is low after a full day of Teams calls 2) around 30% battery the call quality start to drop and cut in and out. But I can live with this since the case is also a charger and I just keep them in there when not in use. All in all - well worth the investment.

Well, having purchased my daughter and my son these earbuds my daughter-in-law said it would be nice to have one so I purchased her one. She loves it! It was easy to par it and it works great. Well worth the price I paid for it.

This are awesome headsets. I had to replace my old ones because I one of them stopped working but these are better. The sound is better and they cancel out outside noises. I've dropped the box a few times and it is sturdy.

Great earbuds. For connectivity, it was super easy to set up and connect to my IPhone. One issue I have with it right now is when I am running hills, the volume turns down on its own?? Not sure why but that is why I gave it a four star.

The irony here is I'm elated that my previous buds went south (the left ear bad stopped working). The quality of next-gen Buds+ exceeds praise given to them. Their partnership with AKG to design produce this product line is indeed a wise decision on their part.

Music sounds great with plenty of bass. People say during phone calls that my voice sounds distant and nowhere close to the same quality as the wired headphones. Overall very good product and hopefully the next version improves the microphones so people hear better.

I love most Samsung products but these ear buds dont fit in the ear well. Im constantly adjusting them or trying to catch them when they fall out. The sound is great though!

Sounds very good. Falls off my ear if I do not plug them in right. But for casual use they are great and will stay on. As for sound they are pretty good too. I think the average person would love them. (Meaning not a sound expert critic)

I bought these looking for a good set of headphones for everyday use. They work fantastic, i use them everyday at work in a factory environment and they hold up great. Easy to use once you get them set up and connected.

I tried many in ear buds and was ready to give up until i tried these. Easily the best earbudd ive owned. They do not fall out. Only thing they lack is noise canceling

Sound quality 10 of 10. They are comfortable too. I have them on through out my work day. I ditched my air pod pros for these and these are half the price. Definitely going to pick up the Galaxy Buds2 as well.
