As soon as I put 1 in it was a total upgrade from their predecessors. I could hear clearly and figuring out how to navigate them wasn't rocket science either

Great update to the original version of the Galaxy Buds. The ambient sound seems better and I haven't had any issues with calls as opposed to the previous version where calls were sketchy when my phone was in my pocket.

Ive always been a galaxy member, staying out of the basic simple apple everyone has. I was not expecting the headphones to be high quality but the shocked me. Better than my studio beats i love the ambient sounds options.

I had bought earbuds of random brands at Amazon. But they only last about an hour or 2. This one though. I haven't tested the 10-11 hours. But I do use it for about 5-6 hours straight and I don't need to recharge it yet

my main problem is sensitive ears. In the past, the other ear products would hurt and sometimes come out.These buds fit snugly but don't hurt my ears. I can use one or both buds for all my listening and phone needs.

As soon as I saw this earbuds, I fell in love with them online and I had to get my hands on them. I use it everyday, I connect them to my phone and also use them on my laptop! Amazing sound quality! It is so worth getting!

Earbuds are nice and not that bad when it comes to price. The connection to my phone was easy with he app. Just wish the case had the matte look, instead of this glossy look. You can see handprints easily. Overall, these earbuds are a great buy!

These have great sound quality and are pretty to use, My only complaint is I don't really like the way they fit in my ears but that is probably a personal preference and not anything to do with the buds themselves.

These were replacements for some original Galaxy buds which had been replaced twice before due to microphone issues. When making calls it sounded like a Simon and the Chipmunks monologue in the background (lots of chirping and warbling). So far these are working good and I'm very happy with the ambient mode, also the added functions for tap (especially controlling volume but tapping the edge). Calls have been ok so far. Wish they would make them more water proof and also make an optional ear hook. I find them falling out a lot when doing any work or movement, but they are great for just wearing and keeping audio to myself (I try to get my wife to wear some so I don't have to hear Facebook videos all the time, but haven't gotten that far yet). Anyway, work on the water resistance and an optional ear hook and you've got yourself 5 stars.

My son loved them and it was recommended by my youngest who is 18 as being the thing to get for him for Christmas! My oldest is very happy with his present and has been using them with no problems at all!!

I think the galaxy buds 2 is a great product. But I think I got a bad pair. The right bud was distorted, so Im in the process of exchanged them out. The quality is mich better than the older model.

Love these. Can jump rope, run, bounce and they don’t t fall out. Volume control, pause skip can be frustrating but still worth it. What I also really like it they will pair up with my iphone

I got these about two weeks ago and they have been the best set of wireless earbuds I've had thus far. I am loyal to Samsung and because of the performance of their products, I always will be.

They fit great and the sound is super clear. The ambient option allows me to control when to be aware of my surroundings without affecting music sound quality and when to just zone out and stay in my own world.

So far I really like these. People say they can hear me on calls and the sound quality is great. Integrate very with with Samsung phones. Funny how these are a few years old and still top rated buds.

Omg!! I love these earbuds. They are the best. I kinda don't like the atmosphere noise that you can hear when you don't have music on but I guess it's necessary for safety.

Great sound and fits perfectly in my ear. I love the mystery of people wanting to know what kind of earbuds I have in my ear. This is better then those oh soo common airpods!! Galaxy buds are def out of this world.

Purchased these for my son. He has multiple Samsung devices. As soon as he powered them on, they connected to his Galaxy watch and phone. Didn't have to do much but turn them on and enjoy. Sound quality is very nice.

Been using these for 7 months, and they a nice pair of buds. Battery life is good you can probably get at least 2 days without charging with heavy use would recommend when they go on sale.

I love this earbud and I use my Samsung phone for my work, and iPhone for my personal. I could wear this earbud and talking for almost an hour without any problem, not only the sound quality but also the fitness on my ears.
