The sound quality is great. And i absolutely love them. But. The ear pieces even the extras slide out my ear. I keep em clean and everything i can. Still falls out

Great sound quality. Since my ears are weird I would have liked a couple more options to size them, like the prev. Gen.

Far as sound and comfort they are awsome no ear pain and they fo not fall out. My husband states that far as telephone calls he can't hear me as good as he could on the orginal galaxy buds. May to back to those not as comfortable tho

I have never had earbuds like these before and they are great! The sound quality is good and phone quality is good! I used them every day! Comfort level is very nice and fit in my ears very well!

By far the most expensive ear buds I've ever bought, and by far the worst sound quality. I have a 5 year old pair of $40 earbuds that I use to watch TV at night and they provide concert hall level sound. These Galaxy Buds have a very flat and distant sound. Although I've had no connection issues with them (which is why I had to ditch my last pair), once you start to sweat while running or exercising they need to be readjusted ever minute or so. I don't understand why they make these things out of the slipperiest material possible. I've though about roughing up the plastic with sandpaper, or adding a bit of rubberized material to help them stay in but the touch controls are VERY sensitive and I'm worried that will cause an even bigger issue. I should have spent the extra few dollars and got the Beats...

The quality here is amazing! My only gripe is that the case exterior does t match the color of the buds. I know it's a weird reason but the newer models do that... Other than that, great buds!

Some of the best earbuds i have ever owned. Sound quality is great. These buds have all the bells and whisyles you could ever want . Not to mention that their ambiaent sound is problably one of the best out there

I absolutely love these ear buds. Definitely the best Samsung ear buds I've ever owned. I decided to buy these over the pro ear buds due to the features. These are incredibly comfortable. Controls are full customizable which is really nice. I have them mapped to increase and decrease volume, change tracks forward and backward, play/pause and answer and end calls, all with different taps. Very easy to setup and the Galaxy Wearables app is easy to use and is also packed with useful features. Sound quality is good. Not audiophile quality, with not too much bass but clear and much better than the other Galaxy buds (I've owned all but the pros). I would certainly recommend these to any Samsung or Android user.

Absolutely love them. Took awhile to figure out what size to use for my ears. I love the sounds cancellation for exterior noise, it is a lifesaver at work. Would highly recommend!

I like the way that the sonud is kind of filtered before reaching to my ear . Allso i like the noise canceling feature of the headphone. However, i think the distance connectivity could be improved. Thank you

These earbuds can be really nice if you need a 'cheaper' pair of flagship headphones, but there are a couple of things that may slip past your notice: 1: There are no physical buttons on the earbuds itself, and while thinking this would be beneficial, it actually makes the device insanely hard to use. Im constantly readjusting the bud to fit in my hear but it instead turns off the bud, disconnects it, or skips to the next song entirely when I didnt even tap anything. 2: The ear pieces that come with the device unfortunately do not fit for me, but that is a personal problem. These pieces are universal fits so it shouldnt be a problem for most users. Me, however... I constantly readjust the earbud to fit as it slips out about every 3 minutes. Gets very annoying. 3: There is a slight static noise when pausing or listening to music. This sometimes happens during noise cancellation, which the earbuds have, but when noise cancelling is turned off and i should be hearing crisp and clean audio, i dont. Instead i hear a horrible crackling that takes away from the stuff im listening to, and i just got these a week ago as of writing this review and have not dropped or damaged them in any way. Could just be the device i got, but i wanted to mention this. Overall these are a nice pair of buds, but I will have to go back to my old pair of beats studio buds as they dont fall out and i dont have to worry about accidentally tapping the bud and skip several songs over.

Good sound quality. Good battery life. Somewhat slow to connect. Unusable tap functions (can't change volume, pause, forward, etc without using handset). Noise cancellation seems to be good. I feel like I'm being told I'm breaking up or I sound like I'm in a tunnel way too often. Should be way better for the money.

I bought these earbuds for my husband for Christmas because he absolutely needed them! He loves them! I love them too! Because while he’s on the road I can actually hear him clearly and little to no noise in the background. We are giving these a 10/10.

Great sound, they just happen to not sit in your ear well while youre running. At least for me anyway. They always fall out even when using a different size.

Honestly am super stoked on these buds. In my opinion and experience with buying headphones these are the best over many of the others brands I've purchased..
