Thesee earbuds are a pretty solid choice if you have a samsung phone. The sound quality is pretty good, but could be a bit more tonally diverse, as the sound is a bit thin, so not an audiophile's first choice. They are easy to use and have a great amount of features that integrate with my Note 20 that I really liked, and topped off with good microphones that do noise cancelling, calling, and ambient mode really well. The problem is in the design. They are very smooth and rounded, which means that they don't have any hooks or anything to secure them in the ear, and are therefore basically unusable while running. I constantly have to push them back in if i'm doing anything, and because the touch controls are so sensitive, those become unusable, too. Overall, not a bad choice for the basic consumer that doesn't plan on being active with them in.

Good sound quality, nice features such as auto connect and disconnect when removing and replacing in the case to create more hands free and less work fidgetting with your phone. Sometimes when opening/closing the case they do pop out of their spot so be careful not to lose them (ours fell out in the driveway overnight, thankfully still worked like a champ!) Only downsounds is the "touchpad" on the earbuds seems to be a little tricky at picking up our gestures at times, so answering phone calls or pausing music doesnt always respond the first few attempts. Nice to be able to locate them easier than our old wired earbuds if we set them down and forget where. Great charge and battery life. A good fit for multiple ear shapes

My 2nd pair of these. Love them !!! Last ones i had lasted a few years . Hopefully these will too.

They have worked with no problem. The noise cancelation and clarity are top-notch. I bought them for my mom's mother's day present. She doesn't have any issues.

Coming from Airpod Pros, these were a big letdown. They didn't fit well, but the bigger issue was that they were incredibly slow to respond and even then it was a struggle to find the right spot to utilize the controls. Ended up returning them unfortunately. Pros: great sound, very similar to the Airpods in that respect.

Fits in my ears, mostly. Wish they came with non slip memory foam rather than silicone ear tips. Has ambient noise filter and noise cancelling features. You can listen to music and still hear noise around you.

so they are beautiful looking earbuds and sound great but no matter the size of the earpiece it keeps sliding off to the point i dont use them anymore because of how annoying it is to keep trying to put it in place.

I love galaxy headphones but I can no longer use them with my apple products. They can be used but the features like answering and being able to set your own default controls is no longer available. Samsung said,”you can use them with apple but you can’t unlock their full potential.” Great sound though. If you have a droid I would totally recommend them.

I bought these buds for the gamer mode to play pvp on pokemon go. Delay is very minimal, and I could easily change audio to tablet and phone. Sound quality is improved also from the original galaxy buds, I'm satisfied with purchase.

Design is ok, sound is great and they connect so fast to my phone, very happy with the earbuds so far

They are comfortable buds but they fall out and the battery does not last as long as others. I am still satisfied with these bids. They are serving the purpose i bought them for which is to sleep.

I love them, the noise canceling is a lil too good. I no longer hear my parents arguing in the other room. :3

My wife really enjoys her new Samsung earbuds! She lives the color, easy connection to her phone, and sound quality. She has smaller ears and had no trouble.

I bought these for my Hisband for Christmas. He says they arw the best ear buds he has ever had. They fit in his ear comfortably and loud enough where he can ignore me!
