Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Earbud Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, comfortable fit, long battery life, and affordable price. They appreciate the variety of colors and the ease of use, making them compatible with various devices. However, some users have expressed concerns about the volume not being loud enough, the sensitivity of the touch controls, and the design of the earbuds and charging case.

    Good, but could be better

These earbuds can be really nice if you need a 'cheaper' pair of flagship headphones, but there are a couple of things that may slip past your notice: 1: There are no physical buttons on the earbuds itself, and while thinking this would be beneficial, it actually makes the device insanely hard to use. Im constantly readjusting the bud to fit in my hear but it instead turns off the bud, disconnects it, or skips to the next song entirely when I didnt even tap anything. 2: The ear pieces that come with the device unfortunately do not fit for me, but that is a personal problem. These pieces are universal fits so it shouldnt be a problem for most users. Me, however... I constantly readjust the earbud to fit as it slips out about every 3 minutes. Gets very annoying. 3: There is a slight static noise when pausing or listening to music. This sometimes happens during noise cancellation, which the earbuds have, but when noise cancelling is turned off and i should be hearing crisp and clean audio, i dont. Instead i hear a horrible crackling that takes away from the stuff im listening to, and i just got these a week ago as of writing this review and have not dropped or damaged them in any way. Could just be the device i got, but i wanted to mention this. Overall these are a nice pair of buds, but I will have to go back to my old pair of beats studio buds as they dont fall out and i dont have to worry about accidentally tapping the bud and skip several songs over.

I love the noise canceling feature on these earbuds. You have the option to turn it off through the app if you want to. I have noticed that when I wear them for a long time it will loosen and can fall out. I would not recommended working out in if you get sweaty.

The bluetooth on these earphones drop with my oneplus phone sometimes and it doesn't work very well with a few apps. Maybe this is just a oneplus issue but I wished they worked better for that.. The sound quality and noise cancellation is quite decent and does its job.

I had the galaxy buds+ before and the touch on that was way better. These are ok and they sound really good. Noise canceling is great and all. Just wish the touch pad was better.

Honestly am super stoked on these buds. In my opinion and experience with buying headphones these are the best over many of the others brands I've purchased..

Good sound quality. Good battery life. Somewhat slow to connect. Unusable tap functions (can't change volume, pause, forward, etc without using handset). Noise cancellation seems to be good. I feel like I'm being told I'm breaking up or I sound like I'm in a tunnel way too often. Should be way better for the money.

Hello Eflow000, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds2. We would love nothing more than to assist you with the aspects of your device that are causing frustration. You can absolutely use touch settings to pause, go to the next song or start your song again. These settings can be adjusted in the Samsung Wearables App and decide on the use of single, double, or triple tap options. You can review this feature in the full device manual available online. We have two articles available online to help you with the volume and other audio features for your calls titled "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" and "Use call features on your Samsung earbuds". Lastly, you can reach out to the Samsung Support Team for additional assistance if you continue to have this experience. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Samsung

Overall good. Stays in my ears mostly but does slip out with exercise. Also doesn't have great call quality. Bought these as a replacement for my other galaxy buds after losing one of them.

Not necessarily better than the Buds+

Comparing these to the Galaxy Buds+, there were some nice improvements, but I was surprised that the Buds 2 were not an across-the-board improvements over the Buds+. Improvements: - ANC is definitely a plus. I don't use it all the time because I prefer longer battery life and want to be able to hear things going on in the environment. But when I'm in the zone, it's a great option (and being able to toggle it on with a long press is perfect). - The smaller size and better shape of the case is great. The pill shape of the Buds+ case can be... suggestive in a front pocket Not as good: - Battery life is not as good as Buds+ (even with noise cancelling disabled) - The fit is worse that the Buds+. I love that they're smaller, but they keep popping out of my ears. The Buds+ have a fin that helps them stay put.

Returned my buds pro for these. The fit of these in my ear is much better than the pro (for smaller ears) but still not as good as the buds+. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars versus 5 is the mute mic option during calls is either gone or difficult to function.

The sound is great, these block out all ambient noise with just a tap! The battery life is about average for earbuds I've previously owned. I would definitely recommend!

Meh. The sound quality is pretty good. On the other hand, the tap function is not very good. It usually takes several attempts to get it to respond. Also, I have to be careful not to get a squeal of feedback when my hand is near the earbud. The battery life is not too bad, and I like the app reporting battery levels. The multiple feedback tones are confusing.
