    Wished they could last longer

I bought these a year ago for $100 on sale from $150. This is my first pair of wireless earbuds. These are gamechangers coming from Wired on S9+. For $100 it's lasted me a year which is fine, but I expected them to last at least 2-3years for the price. My problem is right now is one ear bud is quieter than the other. Despite cleaning and trying to diagnose the problem. At first I thought I was deaf, but thankfully I'm not. Pro's Wireless - Mobility & use while charging - Not being tied down Small form factor - great for walks Noise Cancelation App can find your earbuds by ringing via bluetooth Battery life is great hardly ever run out between charging the case Cons Small - Easy to lose 1 earbud is now quieter than the other 1 year warranty

These earbuds are great. The sound is great and even allows ambient listening. Easy set up and use. My kids got these for me for Christmas and I haven't put them down. They stay in your ears so no worries about them falling out.

Great so far! Really enjoy the active noise cancelation feature as I'm frequently in noisy environments. The sound quality is top notch with great treble/bass balance. All around a great purchase!

Had been using AirPods, but they didn’t work well with Samsung. Was afraid the Galaxy Buds design would not stay in my ear while walking/jogging, but they fit nicely and don’t fall out. They even block out more external noise, which isn’t always ideal when you need to stay alert to oncoming traffic noise; just have to be more alert. Battery is awesome...needed 2 pair of airpods to last 2+ hours of talk and tunes; Buds battery stays charged at least 3 hours of talking/listening to tunes without recharging in their case. One downside ...they are not waterproof. And haven’t yet mastered tapping pods to manage music/answe phone. Blue color is fun! My only problem was Best Buys shipper didn’t deliver on promised date; was 3 days late and wasn’t informed of late delivery until the day after my promised delivery date.

These buds are spectacular! I love everything about them. They are so easy to use and set up. The battery life seems like forever and when they do start warning you all you need to do is put them in the case to charge. Yes, the pill-shaped small case fits in your pocket and provides an extra 5-6 hours of charge on-the-go. You can use these together or one at a time. if you download and use the companion app you have access to all kinds of features. Like ambient settings that allow you to hear the environment. You can adjust the level of ambient sounds or turn them off. There are additional sound settings like a dynamic, vocal booster, bass booster, and normal. I do recommend the dynamic setting as it provides increased volume and more spacial sound processing. Freedom is in wireless and these little buds are fantastic.

These buds fit very well in my ears. I am impressed with the clarity when using them to talk on my phone and the way they eliminate noises like wind. They seem to hold a charge for an acceptable amount of time.

I was considering the AirPods Pro since my gym earbuds are due for an upgrade, but I was scared of losing them in the locker room, especially considering how pricey they are. So I picked this up due to the good reviews online. I have to say, I love these a lot. The sound signature is great and includes different settings for different sounds. Battery life is incredible, about 11 hours per charge and the case gives it an additional charge. It also holds its charge really well when it's not being used, something I can't say about my previous Bose Soundsport Free. The ambient mode is also great when I need to hear someone talk to me at the gym. Finally, I love how minimalistic these look. The only drawback I have with these is that the ear tips included aren't great and doesn't hold the earbuds in that well for my ears. I bought a set of Comply foam tips online and it solved that issue.

These ear buds are super loud and good quality but the only thing I don't like is I changed the ear tips and they kept falling out and it would pause my music but I couldn't get it to play again

I am all iPhone products owner so my intentions walking into Best Buy was air pod pros. Then I asked a super smart Best Buy associate on either Bose or AirPods and he said those are good but the Samsung galaxy+ true wireless are better because I can have which ever ear bud on (right or left) and I would still be able to talk and listen to music and with these bad boys I couldn’t hear any noise from the outside, so after him telling me that, I tried them and he was right! FYI he was also a all Apple product owner like me and still recommend Samsung. Since there is a 2 week return guarantee I gave them a shot and I absolutely love them!! And with the charging portable case and 20+ hour battery life they are amazing.I did more research and these are absolutely the best. You will not be disappointed

The sound is decent, but the buds keep falling out of my ears, and I accidently end my calls when I push one bud back in my ear.

These earbuds sound great, fits great and looks great. The ambient sound feature is very handy and the touch pads control everything. If I lose them, I would buy them again. My only negative would that they could take another notch more volume.

After buying three pairs of wireless headphones (mostly neckband models) I ended up returning over the last six months, I have these Galaxy Buds + a chance - and I’m glad I did. The sound quality is really nice compared to Sony, and they stay paired to my three devices unlike Klipsch. The case is small and portable, and easy to use without having to read up on features. I like that you can use one, rather than the pair as I use them for work phone calls and while driving. They are comfortable, and don’t fall out of my ears. The only downside I’ve found, is you cannot hear yourself while talking - so you tend to talk louder than without them. One competing product does have this feature, but I didn’t want to take a chance with another brand. My Samsung phone came with a pair of AKG headphones, so I knew the quality going in.

I was looking for some new ear buds while purchasing a Samsung laptop. I was inclined to just go for Air Pods since I knew they’d be reliable, but he explained to me that these would pair much better with the laptop being the same brand, and he also explained the reasons he favored these over air pods. I would like to return them, but don’t think it would be nice since they’ve been in my ears, especially with covid going on, so I’ll keep them for awhile. They aren’t right for me, but not awful and may be great for you. The Pros: Rugged/Durable. They aren’t dainty and don’t feel like they’ll break easily. I’ve dropped them dozens of times (explanation coming) and they haven’t gotten a scratch. I can’t see these crapping out on me anytime soon. - LONG battery life. That’s a big pro and may in itself be a reason enough to buy them. - SUPER fast charging. If I do run out of juice, but I’m right in the middle of a podcast, I only have to stick them in the charging box for a few minutes and there’ll be plenty of life to finish what I’m listening to. CONS: - If you have small ear holes, DO NOT BUY THESE. They constantly fall out. These seem to be made for a big 6ft 7 mans ear. I’m being serious here. No matter how I try to adjust them, eventually, one gets loose enough to fall out. This is especially annoying because I like to wear them doing dishes and can’t stop what I’m doing, with wet hands to put it back in. They are not only big, they’re heavy. I’m fairly petite, but you’d think if they were going to make earbuds THIS heavy and big, they’d make them in S-M-L sizes. - Sound: okay, so, this is a hard one. The sound is CRYSTAL clear. So, why is this a con? Because they just aren’t loud enough. I can still hear people talking with indoor voices on the loudest level. If the volume and bass were just a smidge higher. Sound would’ve made it to the pro’s list. You know when you’re in the car with someone and you’re just starting to jam out to a song and you just want it a little louder, but either your stereo is crappy, OR, your husband keeps turning it down? It’s like that. Just not enough oomph. But, there is no cracking or anything, like I said, crystal clear. Maybe they’d seem louder if they fit all the way. Idk. - And finally, the mother of all complaints... the sides of the earbuds are like a touch pad. You tap them once to pause, twice to skip, three times to answer the phone , get Siri etc. it’s THE MOST annoying setup ever. I’ve actually never learned how many raps does what because... being that these are loose and always falling out, each time I barely touch them to adjust them, the touchpad is SO sensitive, that it automatically triggers a reaction, be it the music pausing and Siri coming on, accidentally skipping through tracks, or turning off what you’re listening completely. It’s not an enjoyable experience to have earbuds constantly falling out or loosening to the degree that you have to adjust them, only to have to them fiddle with starting your whole song or podcast over due to these over sensitive touch pads which are on the face of each bud. Overall, I wish I would’ve just gone with the tried and true AirPods. They’re not fancy, but the fancy feature on the Samsung Galaxy + ear buds are actually its biggest downfall.
