The shape is less customizable so if my ears get wet or sweaty at all, they will slip out. The material is so smooth that they will even slip out of my fingers because its like trying to position a pebble in your ear. And the touch registration is absolute garbage, owing to the fact that i have to constantly re-seat them in my ear, combined with the fact that there is no clear area for touch to be registered. Avoid these, save money and get a better product with the previous gen ones.

Case losses charge quickly too, though buds don't. They are externally comfortable. Just wish a bit easier to modify settings via my Samsung phone. Overall, very glad I bought them. Note: some settings can't be adjusted while in use, like ambient noise, which I find odd.

I like how it just sits in your ear and has a low profile unlike other products that sticks out of your ear and the app has awesome feats you can toggle on to personalize your buds. Only bad thing I can say about the buds is the way you tap for the next song an or previous song. Three taps for previous and two taps for the next. Sometimes it doesn't register especially when tapping for the previous song.

No MutiPoint Connection

Now, samsung has actually scrub the word MutiPoint from their website. Classic Bait and Switch. Also left bud is cutting out, there are random drops, static, and I am returning it.
