I could not keep them due to a reaction I had: itchy ears, peeling, and fluid coming out of my ear. I was told the ear tips are silicone, which I have never had a problem with, so this leads me to believe the buds itself are treated with a chemical as I am extremely sensitive to just about all chemicals.

They come with 3 different size pads but none of them fit right. They're constantly loose and don't sound well, I'm constantly adjusting them and they fall out easily. My previous pair of Galaxy Buds+ didn't have this issue and seemed to fit fine.

difficulty staying connected

I also like that the touch gestures can be disabled through the app to avoid accidental touches. Sometimes it has difficulty maintaining a connection with my phone though--a Pixel 4a.
