But I clean my ears and these headphones after each time I've used them and they continue to be awesome. Best wireless buds I've used. Sound cancelling is better than the Apple Pro version and the interface is better too.

I'm a HUGE fan of Samsung as is he. He loves them and was very grateful for the gift. They are good for folks who don't need all the bells and whistles but still want a higher quality option for wireless buds. Excellent price for the quality. Would definitely recommend!

Buds 2 fit much better and I like how the Pros2 shuts off when you are speaking. Wish it came in a nicer colour, but function is better than looks.

My biggest issue is when you remove them, if you don't place them immediately back in the case and forget where you last had them, they'll be difficult to find because the sensors are often blocked even with the tiniest dust particle, therefore the Find My Earbuds method in the app won't work. Ugh!

I can barely hear music or calls with the volume turned all the way up. Also, the buds are very sensitive if i try to adjust them at all it changes the music or hangs up the call. The only upside is the battery life. They do last for 6-8 hours depending on the use.
