Wish I got the extended warranty

Lately, I've been having a problem with the volume being extremely low on the left earbud. The battery life could be better, but the sound quality is excellent, other than the left earbud. I would recommend but make sure you get the extended warranty

The noise cancelling and white noise both work well. The main reason i only gave 4 stars is that I've tried all 3 of the earbud tips and I have issues keeping them in my ear with all of them so I am constantly pushing them back in and readjusting them. There are touch features on the earbuds that I disabled because of this. Overall I am not unhappy I purchased them, but I would say I like them more than I love them.

Came as described and the sound quality is amazing. I like that there are 3 options for bud size so that you get the right fit and everything sounds as good as possible

The sound in the earbuds can drastically fall off forcing you to use the buds on maximum volume to hear well. I have also experienced, on multiple occasions, one of the earbuds refusing to charge and or connect to my phone, rendering it useless. This would force me to only be able to use one earbud. Searching on the internet offers some help as it seems this is a very common and large problem with galaxy buds, and I have had the same problem with other pairs and versions of galaxy buds.

I like these but I wish they had the winged option as they do fall out during my workouts. I've tried all 3 sizes of the included sleeves but none are a great fit. I also wish they had a little bit of texture to make gripping them easier. They are so slick that I drop them often. Overall, I do like them and am happy with my purchase.
