Lost my first pair of earbuds that have bought from best. that I love. So I went back to buy another pair. But these fall out of my ears unless I have wear a hat So that's why I only gave it 3 stars.

I previously owned the original Galaxy buds, and they were pretty good but, these are so much better. The call quality is excellent and crisp. The audio quality is very exceptional, and the ambient sound is awesome. I bought a pair for my girlfriend and myself and both of us couldn't be more happy.

Got these for my husband who works as a roofing tech, obviously he is always on top of a roof, so to stay on the safe side I got him these and he uses them all day every day and absolutely loves them, sound and quality are great as well.

this device works great, worth the price tag. Would recommend.

takes ear tips off wash product replace ear tips before use. otherwise great product even had ear speaker break and a few days after i mailed it in they sent new ear piece back.wonderful sound and great noise canceling

After putting these buds through heavy use over approx 3 months, these buds are great and good value for money. I use them with ease for conference calls, personal calls, listening to music and exercising. The sound, including the highs,lows and base, all come out crisp without distortion.

Good earbuds, got for free with my phone so cant complain

I bought these during the Black Friday sale because of the price and to go with my new phone. They connected without a problem and the standard ear wings worked well. Still getting used to them, but the sound quality and ambient sound features set these apart from other brands.

I love how small and compact these are. I also love the wingtips that they include, it's so useful to have the ability to adjust the earbuds so they stay put. The battery life is also amazing I can go weeks without needing to plug in my case.

It seems as though Samsung just keeps getting better and better at the sound that they manufacture within their ear buds. These are yet another good pair. Sounds crisp and my favorite is they have noice canceling AND ambient sound. Worth the price.

Overall this is a great product. The first pair I purchased, I had to return because the right ear keep discounting. I have had no issues with the second pair. The buds are small, which I like and easy to use. The app is great too! The connection was simple and easy, done through app.

I bought my 1st earbuds from Best Buy and I was amazed with the clarity and quality. Also the Bluetooth setup was done in less than a minute. Now I listen to my music all the time and my calls come through nice and clear. Absolutely love my new Galaxy ear buds!!

easy parring with Samsung devices and advertised as water-proof

First time buying the wireless buds. I received the Galaxy Buds with my Note 10+ 5G preorder last August but I gave them to my son. One day I asked him to let me hear them and I was amazed with the sound. Since I mostly would use them for talking the additional battery life was what I needed.

Works like a charm as expected!! Samsung hasn't failed me yet!!

This pair was bought due to the older pair having some technical problems, they are great, budget friendly and discrete wireless ear buds, nut do be careful with them and buy a cover for the case because receiving too much impact will male them malfunction

Great wireless earbuds. They look great and feel great in ear as well. Easy to use, especially if paired with a Samsung phone. Battery life is great and the charging case is the perfect size to keep in a pocket. Another great Samsung product; I even reccomend to non-Samsung users as well.

Got these headphones as a gift for my little sister. She loves them so much and mom hates them so much. She likes the color white and how comfy they feel in her ears, She can wear them for hours and not have to worry about battery life because these headphones last a long time.
