The sounds quality is great and making calls is a breeze. However, I have had an issue with the left ear bud not connecting after an update. Apparently this is a common issue with the buds plus. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

I have an old Note 9 and it works wonders on it. Dynamic mode is punch but it doesn't kill any of the other eq sounds. Clear sounds flat for more classical music all in all they are a good pair of headphones.

Said the sound and quality is there. But the way they fit in his ear is something he doesn’t care for. Almost like they’re to big to sit comfortably in his ears. Other than that he hasn’t had any problems with them.

Hard to put in my ears. Loose. Music doesnt sound very good. Answering and hanging up seems to be a problem. I should have bought the better ones

The sound is pretty good and I like the active noise canceling. The only thing I really wish is that the battery life would be longer and the touch controls are a little finicky.

Multiple options for changing out the rubber and the ambient feature is really nice as well. 3 minutes of charge for an hour of use is really nice. Also the advertised 11 hours of usage is probably stretching it. I'm getting about 9-10 but close!

I enjoyed the Airpods, but personally I think Samsung had a better idea. If you set the ambient mode, it allows you to hear all around you clearly as you listen to your music, it fits well, etc. I definitely would recommend to anyone!

The only issue would he the way they fit in your ear. They have a tendency to fall out but by changing the eartips to memory foam the issue was solved

Like the fact that you can use one at a time, and the other one still keeps it battery power. My only issue is how after a while of wearing, the ear gets moist. Once this happens, the bud will no longer stay in ear. This happens after an hour+ into wearing them.
