Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Without knowing what your expectations may be regarding the audio quality of the Galaxy Buds and without knowing what you may be experiencing with your device, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting. I have always found it difficult to get well-fitting buds because my ear is kinda small, so the provided rubber bumper things were always too big and I could never get a proper seal. These fit so perfectly, I keep one side in all-day comfortably. The Ambient Aware technology works great for my office setting too. The sound can be off sometimes but it might be my PC's Bluetooth connection

With COVID-19 and mask requirements it no longer is a comfortable fit and falls off consistently. As a longtime Samsung Galaxy user these were a no brainer. However I did try competing brands also. These were a slam dunk and the clear choice. My only issue is the sensitivity of the “tap touch controls.” I’ve accidentally ended several phone calls while attempting to adjust the fit in my ear.
