Meh. I wanted so BADLY to love these purple beauties, but i couldn't keep them in my ears. I tried all 3 tip sizes and ordered some foam tips online. Returned, sadly.

These earbuds are worse than gas station wired earbuds. I just got them last weekend and I'm already finding a major issue with them. I used them once and I cannot charge the case with the original cable or any other USB Type C cable in my house. I don't recommend wasting your money on these ear pods.

Had Samsung galaxy buds first and I didn't have a lot of good things to say about those. But the galaxy buds+ are working out great. Works great with any bluetooth device. My Samsung active watch is a great match with these buds. No more running with my phone.

Seriously is this all you can do from Samsung? I was using raycon basic model and thinking Samsung name value and 2x more price, I expected much more than this. Sound isn’t that great no wide bass sound, pretty normal sound quality which you have to volume up almost towards the highest to get the right sound. I am certainly not deaf and has good hearing ability. I am using iPhone 8+ ,never in my life had to volume up the highest for earphones /headphones. I wish I could test those earbuds before I buy, with Covid there are samples of headphones still but no earbuds to test. How can you buy something like earphones over +$100 without even testing. I might try another month to see if I want to still keep it or refund

They work but were not comfortable, made my ears sweat and itch, sound quality good but not great. I tried apple airpods pro and found them MUCH more comfortable with great sound quality. I returned these.

My favorite ear phones. At first they were hurting my ears if I had them in their longer than an hour but realized I just had to switch out the outer rubber lining to a smaller size, which they have in the box.

These are my first ever Samsung Galaxy Buds. They work great & everything, but they slip out of my ears a lot when I'm working out or running, it happens quite often. I think I would much rather get some that hooks over your ears.

Everyone has ripped off Apple's model of Bluetooth headphones, and Samsung has done that the best! Samsung may beat Apple with phones (in my opinion) and these headphones are for pairing with your Samsung, iPhone, or any other type of phone. Get these now!

These are amazing little earbuds. They sit comfortably in the ear and look incredibly stylish and sleek. Yes, the new Samsung buds were just announced however if you are looking for something cheaper these are just that item with just as much quality.

I am enjoying these headphones but they constantly fall ouy of my ears. I am afraid they will break every time they fall out. If not for this issue, I would have given these five stars. Battery isnt up to par either.

I am a loyal buyer of Samsung products. The customer service is poor, but the products are great! I love that they are coming out with different colors. These earphones are great! I do have some issue the ambient sound sometimes, like its sounds like its on when it shouldn't be.

They are good earphones! But the case opens on its own! So easy to lose they earbuds! I lost them twice! Ridiculous how samsung used to jave great cases before that won't just open that easy!

I was hoping for this earbuds to be great !! But unfortunately they didn't meet my expectations ! Call quality its awesome ,music wise Not good at all !! Unfortunately i will be returning them !!

Bought it as a gift for my mom, the only negative remark about these headphones was the pairing trouble one may have upon first use. Only one headphone was able to be paired and it took some troubleshooting and YouTube "How To's" to resolve the issue and get both buds working.

The battery and sound quality of these buds are great. But the mic is terrible. For some reason, it seems to amplify ambient noise. I have received several complains about the noise during Zoom meetings and phone calls.

I love these earbuds as long as you pick the right size ear plugs and get a good seal. I own Airpods Pro, Sony xm3's, Bose soundsport, and overall I like these the best. They have great passthrough loud enough so you can hear people talking.

Very good headphones, sound quality is excellent. They stay in your ear ven if you are running or moving fast, they dont slide or move at all from the position. Water resistant, so sweat will not damage them. The battery life is very good.

Used every day for week now. Main purpose for wood work not for music. It's good not great. It's not that comfortable. It's impossible to have such a small in-ear headphones to produce good sound. It's okay noise canceling. Is what it is so get it if on sale.

This product works very well and the storage/charging case is a great idea. My only comment is that I am having a little trouble fitting these comfortably in my ears. I really don't think that this is a product problem but instead just my ears finding the right fit.
