Were totally awesome loved all the features on them But supersign when they fall into a puddle they stop working But over all really good

The only problem I'm finding with the ear buds is when you answer or hang up a call. You have to double tap the ear bud twice, it seems that it doesn't recognize it the first time.

If I had not thrown the box away, I would return these. They play music. The noise canceling is not great. I have turned the volume to max and still hear environmental sounds. The call quality isnt good. When im on calls, people say they cant hear me and the call quality is poor. They fall out of my ears alot. Really disappointed

The only problem I've had is that they are a little uncomfortable after a while. I already tried the different options and it's the same thing. Other than that excellent product.

Got these for my wife for X-mas and she loves them. She hasn't complained about them even once so far lol I still think the price is way to high for just earbuds.

Pretty good and cute set of earphones. I like that I could pause and skip music, as well as adjust the volume just by tapping or holding on to the earbuds.

They work well, just wish they would stay in my little ears. They fall out each time I've used them. I tried different sizes and still falls out.

There is not much difference between the buds and buds+. Except both the buds hold same charge. Sound quality is a little better maybe.

Earphones worked great for about 1 year, but now the volume doesnt go as high as it did before. Disappointing.

Great quality and it fits perfectly you wouldn't have to worry about it falling off. It is not uncomfortable like the earbuds live.

Samsung has done it again. These wireless earbuds are small and deliver a great sound. Plus have a nice variety of beautiful colors.

It was a great product, easy to pair, with great sound and noise isolation until a year after purchased, when one of the earbuds stopped working. I purchased them in 2020, by 2021 one of them stopped working. I kept using the other one, but most recently that one stopped working too. Unfortunately, they only had a year warranty and I did not purchase extended warranty.

the samsung galaxy buds+ are so great that i and my two sons all have a pair. wish they came in more colors so we can all get a second pair.

I love these ear buds. I love Samsung. The inlyndownfall is that they do not stay in my ear if I am talking or doing housework.

Connects seamlessly through bluetooth to phone once popped into ear. Nice touch functions which can be modified to personal preference. Isolates sound well.

I love headphones.. these are okay, but i would recommend the i pods...the comfort level is better with the ipods, the sound is not quite as loud as the ipods

Overall a good buy for the money. I get a bit of static in them though. I may need to mess around with the ambient sound settings. I would purchase again.

I ordered this like 3 week and them r out the stock , I was little upset about to cancel the order so I gave them another week Shot finally got it worth the wait

They worked great for 2 years now they don't but now i don't need them but its only a touch thing can easily be fixed by the geek squad
