They stated that I 'sounded far away from the phone'. These are great for listening to music or streaming videos but not for phone conversations. I even tried adjusting the settings but no one could hear me clearly on the phone.

They are a little on the bulky side when in your ear, but that is manageable. The sound quality is nice and the charging case is not as round as the previous case, which makes it easier to handle. Overal not too bad at all.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds2 aren't fitting correctly, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Feel free to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for some more helpful tips and tricks on getting the most comfortable fit for your ears. We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. One thing i will say is that the sound is a little better then the old model. The buds are differently worth it. If you find them on sale, don't hesitate to purchase
