Sound quality is excellent, charges quickly and still has a long battery life three years in. The case can charge the earbuds multiple times on a single charge. Pretty good blocking outside noise as far as earbuds go, and the ambient noise mode is convenient as well. Definitely buying another pair ones these ones finally go.

Very sensitive to any touch will leave you in a whirlwind of tapping to get back to whatever you were doing. Would love to return them but can't. Imo a waste of money for me.

The sound is great when they are working. They continually cut out (lose reception) and the longer I wear them the worse or more often they do that and it's getting more and more frustrating. I keep my phone in my back pocket so the earbuds are not that far from my phone. If I move my head in any direction they cut out. If I move my arm to rub my neck or scratch my back they cut out. Maybe I got a defective pair, either way, I will most likely return them.

I bought these as a gift for my father. A few days later my father tried to exchange with a receipt and was denied because the exchange period was no longer valid. We are in the middle of a pandemic and my father is working extended hours to work in the hospital to do his part & because he couldn’t get in fast enough for an exchanged got denied? Very disappointed and will no longer be a customer. Walmart has better serve compared to this and that says a lot.
