Currently have a note 10 plus. bought galaxy buds plus assuming they would be just as good. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! WOULD NOT STAY Connected. Spent two days trying all the online "fixes" that DO NOT WORK! And why would anyone need bug fixes for a brand new "premium" matched product. Do not get your hopes up or waste your time. Took back and purchased Power Beats Pro . Not a single problem.

I spent about $180.00 with 2 years of geek protection on it. it never happend to her while she was using my airpods. they are jus sitting there because I couldn't returned them as the store are closed due to covid 19... now I cant even return them because it's been more than a month now. so sadly we are stuck with them. :/

They will not stay in my ears for anything. They constantly fall out. I believe they are too heavy, which causes them to fall out all the time. Doesn't do me any good if I am searching all over the ground looking for these things because they fall out very often. I give these a 1 out of 5.

I cant watch any video on my laptop (Bluetooth 5.0) without lips being at least a full second off. These buds are 100% useless to me and they will be useless to you as well. Minimum barrier to entry for a set of wireless buds should be no lag when watching video I shouldn't even have to worry about that.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to buy another pair of wireless ear buds to use in my office/in car driving. i currently own the beats by dre over the ear fitting ear buds and there is not comparison. the sounds quality on the samsung is 1/2 of what the beats by dre ones are and they don't stay in your ear. i was nervous just walking around my house thinking they are going to fall out. disappointed samsung...step up your game.

Was going to get her air pod pros like I have but decided to get these because she has a Samsung phone. Music sounds low and muffled, phone calls are even worse. voice command is not even worth wasting your time on its terrible. Would not recommend these to anyone, spend a little extra and get the air pod pros the are a thousand times better hands down.
