My first pair the right ear bud started losing sound. Like I could hear it but barely. Now for clarity i rarely set the volume past 30. So I don't think I blow the speaker. I got a new pair and now both go barely past a whisper

Loose fitting

Unfortunately, my husband and I went away in one came off in the lake and he lost it only two weeks old and they couldn’t helps,us or do anything about it.

I have owned every bud and was excited to purchase these. I will be returning them ASAP! They are probably great for music, but trash for phonecalls. Each time i talk using them , i am asked if i am in a tunnel. What a waste of money.
