    They are much too big for my ears. They fall out with minimal movement. I'm sure they are great for people with normal sized ears. I always have trouble finding buds to fit my ears.

    The sound is not loud at all I brought them for my boyfriend for Father’s Day because he’s a android user ... I use AirPods and they are awesome Samsung you’ll could have done better with these earbuds and they were the higher priced ones

    I bought these buds plus on May 4th of this year and within 3 months the right bud is so quiet i don't even wear it, I'm really hoping I can at least exchange these even though I ordered online because man this sucks and its only been 4 months

    Did not last long. Are supposedly water proof but was not good for working out as sweat caused them to stop working. Wouldn't recommend buying.

    Love my wireless buds

    Love these earbuds, they fit perfectly in my ear. I have tiny ear holes so these are great, I like the noise cancelling options. I also like that when meetings come through my phone it alerts me on my ear buds. They're also a very pretty color.

    They were working fine for about a week or two then one bud went completely silent and the other bud is not far from being completely silent it'so low you can barley hear even on max volume... waste of money

    Wow the microphone on this is just terrible. I bought these to do zoom video calls and the sound through my computer is better. And the return period is only for 2 weeks so be very careful about purchasing these

    One of the buds barely has any sound I send them already to samsung for repair and the same issue happen again. So disappointed with the quality of this product bought them in march and already is malfunctioning

    Can't believe Samsung made something so bad. Watched every tutorial I could find and read every post I could and unable to establish both clear transmission and enough volume to hear on my end. Returning today for a refund, very disappointed.

    These things SUCKS ...The only reason I purchased them was I lost my Amazon buds and needed a replacement and thinking Samsung makes the best electronics I brought them but that was a mistake...waste or money

    Within a week the right headbud stopped working and then I sent it to Samsung to get fixed. They didn't fix it they are sending my old ones back without being fixed.

    Do not work properly if working out or playing golf which is what I bought them for. Loses connection to my phone in my pocket. I've sent it back twice only to be told they are working properly.

    After three monts of use one of the earbuds started to sound like cheap earphones, bad bass and cannot use high volume on rock music with low bass and a lot of drums, never buy again buds from samsung

    Love these so much but issues can occur

    These earbuds are amazing period. They sound really good, especially if you use something like wavelet. They fit really well, even if they're a little too big for my tiny little ears. Also these LITERALLY HAVE 11 HOURS OF STRAIGHT LISTENING. The case adds an extra 11 hours. I usually just have one earbud in so i can get 40 hours out of these earbuds. The left earbud became quiet, likely from earwax clogging it, but the microphones on the same earbud also just wasn't as sensitive after the other ones and callers couldn't hear me if I talked with just that one in. Eventually both earbuds just stopped getting as loud and i had to bring them back after less than a year. Get a best buy warranty if you can, not that much extra.

    These were comfortable and have a nice sleek look to them. However, they are very quiet. If there is any outside noise you won't be able to hear what you're trying to listen to. I had to return them.

    Chain of events 1. Pre-ordered Black as a B-day gift for myself in Aug & Best Buy sends white by mistake (I rarely pre-order anything) 2. Best Buy takes back white and sends black 3. Black arrive a week later with empty box ( STOLEN) 4. Best Buy orders another pair for pick up at store (FINALLY successful) 5. 2.5 months later the Bud 2 meet the washing machine (accidently left in my pocket...Buds were in case) Surprisingly the Buds seem to be ok after they dried out, but the case is a little screwed up but for now will still charge. 6. Called Samsung to see if any consideration for warranty...answer...NO...No soup for you (Seinfeld Joke) 7. However I will say after comparison the Buds 2 sound quality is better than Air pods 2 ( which play louder but not as crisp and they constantly fall out.) plus I now have sound controls which I did not on the Air pods 2. Phone is Galaxy Note 10 Plus. 8. Overall I really like them and the sound quality 9. Lastly IF Samsung is reading this and you would like to send me a charging case that would be just wonderful, but if not....Oh well life will go on.

    Impressed by everything except comfort

    I previously owned the original Galaxy buds and had to return them due to a buggy touch interface and crazy unstable Bluetooth connection outside. Thankfully these buds fix that and improve every other aspect drastically, with the exception being comfort. They sound pretty good, last forever, look great, and are a nice small factor too. However, they are very uncomfortable, an issue I didn't have with the original buds. Can't wear them for more than 10 minutes. The issue seems to be that the earplugs don't reach far enough into my ears, even with the smallest tips and no wingtips. So the housing for everything in the earbud jams against my ears. Had the same issue with the Jabra elite 65t and Sony Wfx 1000. Which is a shame because I really do like them. Might have to return them and try something else out. If these do fit your ears, I do think they're a really good set of wireless earbuds.

    I got these headphones for my kid friends birthday

    I got these headphones are my kid for his birthday and there was original cradle with only one ear phone on there. I'm taking it back tomorrow but I'm very disappointed I want a refund I feel like I let my kid down

    Does not work, will be returning to Samsung. Used them twice and was told that it might have something to with me having a hearing loss. Well for the amount I paid, Im not satisfied!!
