    I bought the white galaxy buds plus and there quality is good, but the water resistants is a real problem and the ear buds aren't the same volume. After a month of using them all the sudden The volume in the right one is quieter than the left and I've tried everything to fix it. I don't know if using the to workout is the best idea.

    I bought my buds on a black friday sale and love them. Overall pleased with my purchase & quick shipping. Its kind of a big deal for my new purchases to come in original packaging unopened. First time ordering from best buy online and would again in the future.

    I bought the buds about three months ago and I loved them. The sound quality was amazing, the battery life was outstanding, and they were comfortable as well. I did nothing but recommend them to everyone who asked about them. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I noticed the left bud's volume and base response had significantly degraded and is now almost non existent. and now the right bud is becoming distorted. I believe it's past the retail warranty, and calling Samsung's online customer support helpful is an understatement. I've always been team Samsung, but this time they failed me.

    I've been a very loyal Samsung Customer for many years. I started getting hooked when I bought a 48 inch Samsung 720 DLP TV around 15 years ago, and the BOSE 3-2-1 system. Hands down, it had a better picture then most of the higher priced TVs that were on the Market, and the BOSE 3-2-1 was a perfect fit for the space I had in the basement, etc..... That TV lasted about 10 years before being sent out to pasture, and this fantastic hole in the wall shop in NJ, replaced it for $0, no questions asked , with a 50 inch Samsung Plasma thats still crystal clear, and I have to say, the picture is amazing to this day! My phones have always been a Galaxy, and every one of them were fantastic. I have 3 Samsung Headphones like the Level, U, ètc..., and the first Galaxy Buds which were a nice surprize at the time, but weren't at the top of My list, compared to several Bud models from Jaybird, BOSE, JBL, SONY, etc,etc.... I honestly gave it almost a month trying to feel/hear something special that would hook Me on the Galaxy Buds 2, knowing what a great company Samsung is, I couldn't wait for it to come to fruition, blow Me away, or at least have My full attention. Well, they've since went back to Best Buy because I'd still be waiting......Between the various models they've come out with to date, in regards to Buds, I feel they've just flooded a very competitive Market with.....sorry Samsung, Garbage!!! Samsung will always be at the top of My list for TVs, and Galaxy phones, but I'm so dissapointed with the Audio performance on all of there Headphone/Buds products they've put on the Market. The last product that pulled Me in goes all the way back to the Samsung Level, U, etc.....I feel they need to stop with the "Buds" all together, and put out a brand new Product, that will be an Audio experience they are definitely capable of bringing to the table. As a loyal Customer, I'll be the first in line, but please Samsung, no more "Buds"! They cant compete with so many great products from your Competitors, that are even under $100.00. I brought back the Galaxy Buds 2, and picked up the "Soundcore Life Dot 2 XR" Earbuds, and talk about a Diamond in the rough?? These things are blowing Me away, every time they're on Board for a Jam session! Wow!!

    Yeah, they're good head phones. The sound fine, work well. I don't know what's wrong with corded ones but these were free with the phone so guess I'm stuck with yet another thing that needs charging.

    Why do earbuds need access to all personal info?

    The earbuds sound good, but I can not increase the volume much unless I install the Samsung app. OK no problem...until it wants access to location, data, storage, phone, and contacts. It will not let you install the app unless you agree to all this. I just want volume control. No other bluetooth earbuds or headphones I own require this. I just paired them and they worked with my phone's volume control. I gave it access, then had to install a plugin which then needed even more access to my phone. There is NO reason for this if all I want to do is control the volume and noise cancellation.

    Excellent set of heaphones.. im a painter and have dropped both of these head phones in a bucket of paint... acetone...and water ....... I clean them off and they still work great. They literally take a licken and keep on tickin!!!

    I bought these 2 months ago (6/11/21, it is now 8/9/21) because Samsung is generally a good brand but apparently not when it comes to headphones. For starters (and also the main issue), the second you lose the case you're f-d. The case is the only way to charge the earbuds, and the case has no tracking. None. You also can't track the earbuds when they're in the case, or when they're in your ears, or if they're covered in dust, or if they're dead, or if they're underneath a stuffed animal (yes, really :)))), or if God forbid they're RESTING ON A PIECE OF METAL. Yes. I am serious with the last two. If anything, anything at all, is touching the ear bud, you, more likely than not- will not be able to track it. The charging case can also be extremely fickle, it's supposed to work where if you place the earbud in the case and close it, it will charge (since the case itself holds a charge) but 8 times out of 10 it doesn't happen like that. If you want to charge the earbuds, you have to place them in the case and then plug the case into a power source.... which completely defeats the purpose of the charging case holding a charge...... Also!! Any accidental touches will pause your music or video :), doesn't matter what touched it either! Random strand of hair? Pause. Mask string? Pause. Accidentally brushed while moving your hair out of the way? PAUSED. So forget laying down and watching or listening to anything with these earbuds. The only reason why this review got one star is because the sound quality and the noise cancellation are pretty good, and that's it that is literally the only saving grace for these things. 1/10 would not ever purchase again.

    Dead after two years.

    Left earbud is completely dead after a little over two years. They were nice while they lasted but my older jabras are still going strong. Won’t buy again.

    Not worth the money unless you want to drop over $100 just to push them back in your ear every few minutes. The material they made them with is so slippery, they can fit just fine but theyll still fall out. Ive rage quit trying to use them every single day since i bought them. Im either returning or just dumping at this point. Waste of time. Waste of moeny.

    These sound great but they DO NOT LAST long at all. I know that most times when wireless earbuds are "broken" you just have to remove the metal grate and clean out the earwax that gets inside and blocks the sound, but even after cleaning them completely, one of them is still extremely quiet. These only lasted 7 MONTHS. What a waste of money

    Guess what! My right ear hole is smaller that my left! Even the smallest tip cover would not work in my right ear, I had to buy 3 different types of ear tip covers before I could find a tip that 1) fit in my ear AND 2) fit in the charger. My total cost: $260.00. The sound is fair, mid-ranges not so great.
