    Call quality is really bad

    When i switch off the ambient sound then the other person cannot hear me. Sometimes i hear humming noice from one of the ear buds . while talking on phone i sometimes hear muffled voice and when i unlock my phone the voice becomes clear. And i cannot connect with 2 phones at the same time. Anybody else face these problem or mine is just defective?

      Hello Rajat, we apologize that this has been a less than ideal experience. Howling may result from ill-fitting or loose ear tips. In this case, replace the ear tips to find one that fits comfortably in your ear or lower the Ambient sound volume.     3rd pair, one earbud stops working

    I love Samsung. All my mobile devices are Samsung. But these earbuds are garbage. I purchased my galaxy buds in February and was so excited. I had researched and decided to move forward and buy. They were great for a month then the right earbud stopped charging. I reached out Samsung, they had me send them in and they replaced them with a seven day turn around. Ok, cool. Those lasted about 3 weeks and then my right earbud stopped working/charging. Samsung gave me a refund so I can purchase the Galaxy Buds +. Had the Galaxy Buds+ 2 months and the left earbud stopped working/charge. Now I have to send these back and wait for my replacement again! Very disappointed in this product. My son has had his airpods for a year with no complaints.

    loved them if i stayed inside all the time, but if u wanna go for a run and the sun is out, depending on which one the sun is hitting it beeps non stop until u get into some shade or get home. Sucks. Unless u live somewhere that doesnt get into the 85-110s

    I had the galaxy buds for 17 days before the right ear bud went out thankfully Samsung still had a warranty on the item. but a 150 dollar pair of earbuds should not break after 17 days

    Right earbud defect

    These are good, but after a few months of use i noticed the right earbud sound is very low and the left is still loud. Don't knownif this is a common issue with these earbuds because these are the 2nd pair i got that does this to me.

    These buds have fallen out with each sleeve change. They dont fit. They just slide out.

    This is the second pair I had to get the first pair one ear buds stop working but that wasy fault. So I returned them for a new pair but now the new pair won't stay charged long and are only charging to 95% and both earbuds are not charging at the same time for example I can put them in the case to charge when both are at like 10% and I will check them like 5min later and one earbud will be at like 90% and the other will be at 50%. Also I could be using both and then take the right one out and it not be in the case and it will die faster then my left one and I'm using my left more then the right.

    Ok I just switched over from my jams true live wireless. I use them for work which is very noisy (build trucks) well I don’t know what some of u are talking about that it’s loud. With my JAM I could use one side and it sounded better than both of the Samsung buds + together. I haven’t changed the interchangeable rubber to c the other fits but right now I’m very disappointed with the price I paid and the service it offers. I do have an iPhone X that I’m using with but vine is not loud enough..

    low sound, zero bass. sound like $10 earbuds

    i have no clue why needs got such a high rating. although they fit in my ear fine they dont sit in my ear canal enough to get any bass what so ever. the volume is ridiculously low and the wearable app give little to now fine tuning for sound. i am a long time samsung customer and have always believed in their products, these truly let my down.

    Bought these for my wife who has a s8 phone and galaxy watch plus. The problem is getting acceptable volume. Her phone is at max volume, but earbud sound is very low. There are competing instructions all over the web on this. Samsung support is beyond useless. Point here is you will think you're getting a plug and play product, but that is not the case. Samsung needs to up their software game.

    Washed and DRIED IT TWICE

    Works fine. Syncing is ok. Any tap to them and they disconnect which I don't like. Accidentally washed it and DRIED IT TWICE and the left ear bud is completely dead but the charging case and right side ear bud is ok. Not comfortable to wear at all....kept falling out of my ears all the time. The longest I could wear it for was maybe 10-30 minutes and then I would want to take them off for the discomfort.

    Fall out without warning and are hard to keep in

    I have problems with them staying in my ears. They will fall out with no warning. I talked with Samsung and told them and they told me they would send me a sleeve for them and that should help. I received ONE EARPIECE TIP. That was not a sleeve and I di not need that, I had them. A waist of money for me!

    Bought these today to replace my $29.99 JLab Jbuds. I can say without hesitation from a value standpoint these are the worst headphones I have ever purchased. After 30 minutes of trying out the different sizes and wings I finally got a good seal and realized these sound worse than the cheap ones I currently have.
