I wasn't thrilled at having to buy a new pair but, ultimately, am glad I did. The difference between these and the older set is night and day. The sound is amazingly good and the noise cancelling actually works very well. They are worth it.

I ended up buying some third-party rubber pieces that seem to stay in just a little better while talking/eating, but nothing wrong with how they come out of the box. I'm sure the ANC isn't up to par with the pros, but these do the trick for me in semi-noisy office settings or apartment buildings.

I got the purple ones which are totally cool with phone cover and metalllic look of the phone. The sound And connectivity these buds deliver is incredible for their size. Pairs effortless for calls and music. Super comfy fit!!

Happy but the app would not work for me

They don’t have much volume which is ok with me as I really don’t want to damage my hearing. Only downside a lot of the features are controlled through an app. I was unable to get it on my older Samsung Galaxy phone and couldn’t find in the Apple store for my iPad. They still work well for me and I’m very satisfied

One thing i will say is that the sound is a little better then the old model. The buds are differently worth it. If you find them on sale, don't hesitate to purchase

If your Galaxy Buds2 aren't fitting correctly, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Feel free to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for some more helpful tips and tricks on getting the most comfortable fit for your ears. We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test.
