The device comes with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size as well to help with the fit. Lastly you can perform a fit test while wearing the buds and connected in the Samsung wearables app to help get the secure fit you are look for with your device. More treble than bass. Actually very little bass. I found better sounding earbuds for lesser price point with great balance of sound, treble and bass. (Skullcandy Indy).

If they can't do that, they are useless. I have tried everything, swapped out the tips, tried to rotate them in as recommended; the only thing I have not done is purchased a third-party adapter to try and make them work. I refuse to buy something to force these buds to do the only thing they were designed to do in the first place. Ear buds go in your ears, Samsung. This is a huge problem and they are going back.
