I love these earbuds they fit in your ear easily and comfortably. 2 issues I have 1. If the feel like they are coming out of your ear when you try to adjust them you can easily disconnect your call. 2. If you receive a incoming call its not easy to answer via buds ou have to tap squeeze several times. Other than that I love them

Because the earbuds creat a physical seal in your ear canal. You will hear a very audible thumping on each large step from running. You get used to it maybe. Compared to my last Bose soundsport which let a small crack in the deal to allow air to move freely. Negating the pocket of air in your ear that rapidly expands and contracts as you run.
