I wish they wouldn’t mess up so soon cause I love the different color options. But I will be trying to get my money back since I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options and those didn’t work.

And quality is poor. Samsung now dictates complete access to everything on your phone so it's bye bye Samsung for this family.

Not meant for small ears

The sound was good but I couldn’t get past the discomfort of wearing them. I kept them for a week thinking my ears would adjust but they didn’t. I’m sure they are great for people with normal sized ears
