But they are just good and do their job. Nothing fancy about them. I returned them only cz my ears started paining. But again, everyone's ears are different. They might fit your ears well.

Sound quality was very poor after 1 year of use

By the 1 year+ mark the earbuds were quiet even at 100% volume. I would not recommend by these if you plan to use them often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend They nerf the sound on non-Samsung devices.

Connected to my computer (the device I'd use them with most), they sound good when listening to voices and awful when listening to music. The sound is grainy. Disappointed. Only buy these if you're ONLY ever going to use them on a Samsung device.
