    Had to take back first set, faulty. Exchanged them, and the second set was faulty also.

    I don't like them they are over rated the bass wasn't loud enough for me I didn't like the fact that I could hear my dog tapping the floor and the sound isn't top quality for me and I own a lot of Samsung products. I owned them for two days and took them back.

    After a year of ownership, I cannot recommend these buds. After just a few months of use, one bud became louder than the other and nothing has fixed it. I've tried literally everything, but the left side stays louder than the right.

    Purchased dec 1 2020. Worked perfectly and sounded great until june 14 2021. Left earbud now has almost no sound. I followed troubleshooting guide. Cleaned buds extra well, Tried the locate my buds feature to even sound on both buds with no new results, next i tried totally discharging buds batteries and recharging. No change in left side volume. Next im going to try to return or exchange. These are almost unusable with no left side volume. They were a 5 star product until left side volume dropped to near 0..

    Quit working within about 6 months. A good fit was hard to get as well. Always felt like they were going to fall out of my ears

    This is my first set of earbuds and I am not impressed. They fall out easily and seem to require a lot of extra steps not necessary with headphones. A lot of money to avoid the person in the next room having to hear a Zoom call

    Was great but then one of the buds went completely quiet as if i turned down the volume of just that bud, hasnt even been close to a yr since i purchased these, so i got no value out of my headphones.

    Purchased these to use with my new samsung z flip mobile phone. Unfortunately the design of the phone needs alot of improvement. Headphones seem to work alright with similar brand of product but the sojnd quality isnt very good.

    Pixel4XL user coming off Bose SoundSport series

    So, I picked up these bad boys recently. I was on the most recent set of Bose SoundSport wireless until now. I'm someone that uses Google products for ease of connectivity with work / home life; Nest Hub, Pixel 4xl, Chromecast, etc. But after the nightmare I dealt with the Google Store in regards to the Pixel Buds 2, I went a different direction. And also, screw you for your lack of US physical hardware customer service, Google. These buds are affordable and I adore them. They don't have a great EQ. The touch controls aren't as intuitive as could be. But for my uses, these things are stellar. The main thing I want to express in this review (mainly to counteract a lot of what I've been reading) is that the sound quality is absolutely excellent even without having a real EQ interface at all; the app on my phone has you limited to presets which give you little control. BUT HERE'S THE THING THAT 9/10 PEOPLE DO WRONG. You MUST find the proper size of ear tips for this product to be worthwhile. Lucky for me, once I put the included Large wings / ear canal tips on, these fit like a glove. My girlfriend bought a set at the same time and she had to go with a third party set to find her proper fit. When I put these on out of box, there was no bass and volume was limited. Once I got the right fit, holy hell, you aren't going to find better clarity or quality at this price. Not by a longshot. They beat the comfort and quality of the Bose line for sure. I would honestly say that anyone complaining about volume / bass / quality issues on these buds have skipped the UNSKIPPABLE step of sizing the tips properly.

    Sound was lower than previous earphones, placement in ear was very wonky, sitting still or talking to someone would cause them to fall out. Overall design is terrible.

    Over time it seems like you can’t hear as good unless you have both earbuds in. I expected a little more from samsung on these. The app for the controls is not that great either. Maybe I need to trade up.

    Worse Buds ever, Samsung has loss its quality of products or their really trying hard to get with Apple. Just buy the OG buds or the Buds+ These Buds still doesn't have the Mute to hold in a Phone call either

    Wish I used them more. Thought I would have some more use out of them. Not great since they don't have noise canceling. Expensive since you can get similar for way cheaper.

    My left bud died on me. plus, there should be an option to press a button on the case to help locate the buds. It's Tedius having to only go on the app when You're not near your phone or device .

    Epic sound for the price. Just dont get them wet!!! Left one is dead already. Walked through the rain with it... Dead. Rice could not even save it... Maybe i just got a dud set.
