However one side one the buds stopped working. I tried every troubleshooting step under the sun. Even spoke to someone for assistance and at the end all they recommended was to turn it in and buy another set. Gonna be awhile before i buy another set of buds. 150 down the drain.

After browsing the internet for solutions, I found many other people that are having the same issue. Will return them and exchange them for a different brand.
