Being able to hear someone speak without having to take them out is a plus. Only issue I personally have is they slide out every so often.

I have so many earphones and never think to buy this one. I have bose ones, I have water proof ones but this pair is different. 1) Open the case, all the phone will ask to connect. I love it. Meaning that I can connect one set to more than one device and DON'T HAVE TO TURN OFF BLUETOOTH OF ONE DEVICE WHEN I WANT IT TO CONNECT DIFFERENT DEVICE. SMART. (Normally, the set only bt to one device so you have to disconnect before the set to different one) 2) Modes: 3 modes of sound block, natural..., love it. Test against my ears to see it fit, nice tech 3) Show how many percent of the earbud and the case, helpful 4) Wireless case charge. 5) Different than Bose: Both earbud can talk. Bose only use the right side, left is for music only, not phone. Bad design, why, the right one battery die sooner than left 6) Lavender color is so unique. I got 4 sets, all different colors.

The supervisor, I think the name is Chris, said that it is past the company's return date of 2 weeks. I tried to negotiate with him to allow me a return because I would like to get another earbuds from the store. He shut me down, however, and did not even suggest what to do with the defective item. THE SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE & NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM AMAZON WHICH HAS A 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. When I picked up the item, I was not informed that BestBuy only has a 15-day return policy.
