The other day he thought the headset die on him, but turns out the earbuds have sensors & he just cleaned them & worked just fine after.

No fuss. Super fast service and they let me bring my puppy in. She is a hit. She does a bunch of tricks and the staff can't get enough of the cuteness!

I love the active noise cancelling. The sound quality is nice. Battery life on the bud and case are great too. My only complaint, which it a major flaw is they got rid of the ear fin. This fall out my ears too much. I was cutting my grass and they fell out three times. I was riding my bike and almost lost one. I had the first buds and the almost never fell out. This is a major flaw for me.

My friends and family can hear all of the background noise when I'm in the store, outside, etc. I also have big hair and if my hair is covering my ears, I sound muffled to the other caller.

I have tried several things to secure them in my ear with no avail. I i eat or drink while I am using them they just fall out. :(
