Great price, shipped to our home. Used text for updates, did have a delay but it was with good communication the next day.

I purchased a pair of Galaxy buds in 2020 and enjoyed their performance. I especially like the touch controls. After about 2 years, the volume of the buds had decreased significantly, so i tried several other brands. O had some success with Sony,but always preferred the ease of use with the Galaxy buds. My only gripe is the fit. I've tried all the different bud covers, but neither cover fits well enough. I have some other covers from other buds, so I'll try 1 and maybe get a better fit.

The speakers are very clear and have never had a issue of people not hearing me while I'm on the phone.

Experiencing discomfort with earbuds—whether they're too tight or too loose—can be frustrating, especially during activities like jogging or when enjoying music. Samsung earbuds offer a solution to this common problem. If you find the fit isn't perfect, you can easily switch out the earbud tips and wingtips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. My only issue is that they lack some of the features in the pro version, but the fit and feel is great and worth the downgrade.
