My biggest issue is that one of the ear buds will loose connection, sort of. it will say it is not in the ear anymore and stop the ANC. I have contacted Samsung in regards to this. They offered to replace them, but I declined as it is all three sets of the ear buds I bought. So it is a physical defect in their ear buds.

It is so easy to use and the transition between switching from earbuds to phone or any other device is basicañly seamless. Will recommend these every time.

No mute, they automatically change from noise cancellation to active noise without being prompted, the volume doesn't get that loud, and you and your caller can hear your background with noise cancellation on
