If you are looking to see about ways to enhance the audio experience, in the Samsung Wearables App you can go in to the settings and the Equalizer you can adjust the profile to see if you have one that better aligns to your preferences. So clear you forget you have then in your ear. Noise cancelling is ok. Use it in the car whil raido was on. Still could hear it .

Very clear sound and the noise canceling feature is fantastic!

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips.
