The supervisor, I think the name is Chris, said that it is past the company's return date of 2 weeks. I tried to negotiate with him to allow me a return because I would like to get another earbuds from the store. He shut me down, however, and did not even suggest what to do with the defective item. THE SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE & NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM AMAZON WHICH HAS A 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. When I picked up the item, I was not informed that BestBuy only has a 15-day return policy.

If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test.
