These are not the same, they were constantly falling out of my ears no matter the size of the cover I used and they are slippery, and the sound quality for the phone was terrible. Everyone I spoke to thought I was in a tunnel and all the adjustments to settings changed nothing. I returned these and purchased a refurbished older model.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Without knowing what your expectations may be regarding the audio quality of the Galaxy Buds and without knowing what you may be experiencing with your device, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting. I wish all ear buds came in sizes because one size does not fit all. These are the best I've found for my very small ear canals. Excellent sound, easy to charge and maintain, but I do have to additionally purchase extra small tips.

If you haven't done so already, we recommend trying the additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size to help with the fit of your device.
