I ended up returning these and swapping them out for a pair of Ankor Soundcore Liberty Pro 2's. I did this for the following reasons. 1. I could not get the Samsung bugs to securely fit my ears even after trying every accessory they came with. 2. The sound quality and volume, although good, were not good enough for the amount of $ I spent on these. The sound also had a tin or metallic sound and the bass I felt was rather weak. The volume could have been louder for my tastes also. 3. The touch controls were too sensitive. I accidentally turned them off a few times. 4. After doing so research I discovered a pair of earbuds that met my needs better. These are not bad earbuds. I found them to be pretty good but lacking in the areas I think are important. For the price I wanted better then mediocre.

This is my third set of galaxy buds. had the original galaxy buds, then the galaxy buds plus, now the galaxy buds 2. i loved the original design of the prior two models, with their wing tips make the headphones stay in your ears, they eventually had issues where they would not always charge, would require cleaning of the case and headphone contacts. seems to they've upgraded the case design/charging quite a bit since the original variations, these headphones essentially magnetically click in place and charge without a hitch now compared to some of the original models. they pop in the ear easily and feel very comfortable.

Pairs perfectly with the Sammy Note20 . . . solid rich sounds. Very small, stay in ear. Apple is over-priced jewelry; Samsung is the tool in your garage. Choose tools over art. A+++

These are incredible earbuds... fit snug and secure, sound is amazing and the noise canceling is really great. The range is awesome as well. Really can't say enough good things.

They work better than I was expecting. They automatically connect when I put them in. You tap on them to control the noise canceling. Very easy to use.

I like the ear buds. Really good sound. Mostly use for playing music but is clear and useful when on phone calls. The amount of time a charge lasts is decent. Fits comfortably in my ear. Overall no complaints with this purchase

Love the sound these give and the functions are super easy to use and adjust to how you like them. Had a battery issue and they were out of warranty with Best Buy so Samsung fixed for free. Very happy with them

These ear buds are amazing, great sound quality, great noise cancellation, the ambient noise option for conversations, easy to use app and widgets, and to top it off, they last 11 hours. An absolute must buy!

I've owned many pairs of wireless buds including jabra, b&o, Samsung's 2018 version. And these are the most comfortable, have fantastic sound and crazy good battery life. I also love the wireless charging case. I absolutely love these.

Excellent price point for quality ear buds. Connectivity with Android and other devices is simple. Fit fairly well and comes with additional cushions. Wife loves them.

They are comparable to Apple's AirPods, but they are smaller. You need the Galaxy Wearable app to access their full potential, but they work with almost any bluetooth compatible device. With 3 sizes of earpieces and 3 sizes of "wingtips", they fit pretty securely in any ear type. (Not sure if it works with 1st gen BT) I set them up with the app on my Samsung Galaxy 8 phone, but now I mainly use them with my Samsung tablet and my Windows PC. You can raise and lower volume, start/stop music tracks from playing, and go to next track or previous track. Wearable app not needed for those features. App offers a "find my Galaxy Buds+" function if you drop one (or both) and it rolls under your seat. Also has a pass-through function so you can use them to amplify external sounds.

Good earbuds, long battery and great at pickung up sound. Dont stay in your ear the best when doing somethint active like running. Wear a hat or headband over your ears.

Definitely an upgrade from last year Galaxy Buds sound better but what they really got right with the Plus is ambient sound, battery life, faster charge and my favorite call quality

Sound is great, battery life is long and useful. The ambience noise feature is a little off, I can tell it is trying to pick up sounds so don't expect it to work perfectly, you still need to keep aware of surroundings.

I really like the functionality and comfort of these buds. They fell out of my ears from time to time but once I found a plug that fit my ear canal better, I didnt have the issue. Good base, sound quality and price.

These buds easily pair up with my Galaxy8 phone. The battery life is great. The sound is fine for music...and call quality is great. Voices are clear. I have gotten attached pretty quickly. I can wear them for an hour or 2 easily

Great sound quality and great features. Would have been 5 stars but these were not as loud as I would have liked them to be. They even worked with my wifes iphone which was nice!

The noise cancelling is excellent. the sound quality is excellent. The fit is superb. I get 8 hours of talk time on them--and the wireless charging makes it simple to keep the case charged and ready to re-charge the earphones.

These have worked very well with my Galaxy Note 10. No problems connecting or being ready to go when I want to use them. The sound is good especially with an equalizer app I am using on the phone. No complaints and they fit well also.

Use these every day and they're still great. The sound is perfect, and you can balance the sound to your preference. I love pausing by tapping them too. Overall love them and will be keeping them for a while.
